asking about permit to build yayasan

a friend of mine asked me to help find someone who can
help her process all the necessary permits to be able
to hire foreigners for her YAYASAN. do you have any
suggestions or quotations on what are the requirements
and do you process everything? and how much? a
quotation and a prompt reply will be greatly
appreciated. again, it is for her YAYASAN and not a
