Visa Information


VISA ISSUANCE PROCESS AND PROCEDURES



1.

Due to the alteration of visa issuance process and procedure, Indonesian Embassy informs all visa applicants as follows:

The consular/visa hours: Monday – Friday (09.00 – 12.00 CET)
3.

Commencing from 1 March 2004, the process of visa application that has met the requirements will be finished within 5 (five) working days.
4.

Please read the application form carefully and fill it up completely by using block letters. Application form available at the Embassy and its Website: www.indonesia.hu
5.

Improper/poor contents of form and incomplete enclosed-requirements will cause pending of the process.

VISA SERVICES



F. Business VISA (30 or 60 days)



Purposes:

1.

Whole aspect related to business activities in Indonesia such as:
2.

Business talks for purchase-selling transaction
3.

To visit the business sites and talks on import-export activities
4.

Business talks re capital or production
5.

Business contact re investment in Indonesia
6.

To participate in the International exhibition
7.

To do consultation, guidance, training in the industrial-technology innovation to improve the quality and industry products design and marketing activities
8.

To participate in the meeting held by the head quarter or branch office in Indonesia
9.

To give a lecture or seminary in the capacity non-commercial activities and having the permission from the competent authorities
10.

To do journalist activities and having the permission from the authorities



Business activities or working, needed working permit from the authorities



11.

To have a performance or show
12.

To do trading activities, involving with the consumer indirectly
13.

To do professional sport activities
14.

To give a lecture with collecting of payment compensation
15.

To do and have medical treatment activities
16.

To join on board or vessels operating in the Indonesian sea and land territory and exclusive economy zone of Indonesian
17.

To do trial performance for foreign worker candidates



Requirements:

1.

Fill up application form and signed
2.

2 (two) passport sized photographs.
3.

Passport / travel document still valid for minimum of 6 (six) months from the date of arrival in Indonesia.
4.

Guarantee of having enough budgets during stay in Indonesia.
5.

Copy of return ticket or through ticket or a letter from a travel agency stating the itinerary
6.

For citizens of the certain countries need prior written approval from the Directorate General of Immigration Jakarta.
7.

For some purposes need prior written approval from the Directorate General of Immigration Jakarta.
8.

A sponsor or an invitation letter from his/her counterpart in Indonesia and/or a recommendation from the company he/she is working for and/or a reference from his/her relatives, friends or social organisation sponsoring the visit and stating the purpose of the visit.
9.

Not being prohibited from entering the Indonesia territory
